# Available nights

> The Boogie Data API and MCP server are launching soon. Reports, fee calculators and methodology on this site are live now.

**Available nights:** Nights on a listing's calendar that a guest could book on the day we looked.

## How we measure it

We count open nights in the first 30, 60, 90 and 365 days of the calendar, starting from the first day of the observation month.

## What it is not

Few available nights does not prove high demand: a host may have blocked the calendar, and nights already past in the month count as unavailable, so late in a month the 30-day count covers only the nights left.

## Where it appears in the data

Field names as the API returns them; each dataset's page in the API lists the field's type and unit.
