# Signature series

**Signature series:** A graded comic signed in front of a grading company witness, with a label that says so.

## How we measure it

We flag a sale as signature series when the listing says so; the signer's name is not kept.

## What it is not

An unwitnessed signature is not signature series and is compared separately.

## Where it appears in the data

Field names as the API returns them; each dataset's page in the API lists the field's type and unit.
