API LAUNCHING SOON
Market data for short-term rentals, trading cards and comics: one town or one category from $2 at launch
Nightly rates, listings and local rules by town; sold prices and asks by card or comic category. Each dataset shows its row counts, coverage dates and missing values before you pay. Use it over a REST API, or from an AI agent over MCP.
Who it's for
Short-term rental investors
Size up a town before you buy or price a listing: nightly rates, availability, listing supply and local rules, observed day by day instead of guessed from a few searches.
Card and comic resellers
Price inventory from sold results and live asks across marketplaces and auction houses, one card category or comic segment at a time.
AI agent builders
Give your agent market data with its coverage dates, freshness and the meaning of missing values stated, through MCP tools or REST, instead of scraping pages it can't check.
Sellers choosing a venue
Compare what you would keep from the same sale on different marketplaces and auction houses, from each venue's published fee schedule, before you list.
Collectors
A card and comic value search that shows the sales behind each value opens with the API. Join the waitlist to hear when.
What you get
Each dataset lists its fields, coverage dates and freshness before you query it. Two examples of what a dataset covers:
- Example, short-term rentals: for one town, the number of listings and the lowest advertised price each month, and the local short-term rental rules (permit required, permit cap, moratorium) with a link to the source and the date we last checked it.
- Example, trading cards: for one card category, each sold listing's sale date, price and currency, grade and grading service, and whether the price is the final sale price.
Live now, with no key: free market reports with their sample sizes and observation dates, and fee calculators built from each venue's published fee schedule.
Check the data before you pay
Boogie Data has no customers yet, so there are no reviews to quote. You can check these instead:
- Methodology: how we collect, what we keep unchanged, and that a missing value means unknown, never zero.
- Coverage, dated: as of 31 October 2026 the catalog defines 107 datasets planned for launch (a dataset can sit
in more than one family):
- Collectibles 29 datasets
- Campgrounds and outdoor stays 27 datasets
- Forecasting inputs 23 datasets
- Short-term rentals 23 datasets
- Land 11 datasets
- Motels 9 datasets
- Marinas 5 datasets
- Self-storage 4 datasets
- Vehicles 4 datasets
- Wedding venues 4 datasets
- Prediction markets 2 datasets
- Free fee calculators and free reports today, and a sample and a free month per dataset when the API opens, so you can test before you pay.
- Free reports (CC BY 4.0): read the dated market reports.
