About Boogie Data

Boogie Data is market data for short-term rentals, trading cards and comics. It is run by ReadyDone, LLC.

What we collect

Public web pages and public records: rental listings and their calendars, published prices, auction and marketplace results, venue fee schedules and government statistics. We keep each source's own IDs and values unchanged, and a missing value means unknown, never zero. The methodology explains how each family of data is collected and checked.

Datasets we offer contain no personal data such as host names or buyer identities, and we never sell personal data.

What is live now

Free market reports under CC BY 4.0, fee calculators built from each venue's published fee schedule, and the methodology and glossary. The API and MCP server are launching soon; join the waitlist to hear when they open.
