Price basis
Price basis: A label on every price that says what the number includes: a hammer price, a price with premium, an asking price or a price where the venue does not say.
How we measure it
Each venue's results are labelled once, from how that venue states its prices.
What it is not
Two prices with different bases are not directly comparable.
Where it appears in the data
Field names as the API returns them; each dataset's page in the API lists the field's type and unit.
