Methodology
We observed 375 listings; at least 100 are needed. 71 listings had a nightly quote; at least 10 are needed for price and stay summaries. We sampled 387 listing locations to identify jurisdictions. Asks are listed nightly rates before fees and taxes. Rule readings: not yet verified means the dated check has not established a verified reading of the official rules; restricted adds a cap, owner-occupancy rule, night limit or district exclusion.

Coverage and freshness
One of up to 25 markets chosen by observed inventory, not ranked. We track 210 markets; 207 had every input on 2026-10-30. Data as of 2026-10-30; not a live feed.
Limitations
Asks are not booked rates, occupancy, revenue or yield, and quoted samples can lean expensive. Observations began 2026-08-22; seasonal claims need 90 days of history, so none are made. Lodging taxes are not covered. Land asks cover the county search, not only the named towns. Samples, not a census or a recommendation; markets or rows we don't show may still have activity. No individual listings, transactions or personal details are published.
